Introduction to Woods Racing
** NEW COURSE UNDER DEVELOPMENT - BELOW CONTENT SUBJECT TO CHANGE **

Course Overview
This one-day clinic is being developed based upon dirt riders interest to learn about and try woods racing (hare scrambles, enduros & sprint enduros) in a non-competitive environment. This unique course is being developed by motowayz in consideration to many of the best practices found across the industry.
The non-competitive training will be held in a safe, controlled and closed-course setting and in many instances at an actual woods race venue the day before a race. A motorcycle operator permit and motorcycle with a current, registered license plate is not required.
This course is perfect for new racers who want to get a running start at learning to race safely, effectively and efficiently at an actual venue in a non-competitive environment. As you will see below in the summary of training element examples that the curriculum focuses training the students on the basics of bike set-up, inspection, body positioning & form, rules & etiquette, training drills, tackling obstacles and so forth to prepared riders for racing without subjecting them to higher pressure and speeds that can be found in actual competition so effective and safe learning can occur. Racing is not allowed in this course.
Racing is for all ages and great family events!
